She was very happy when she received the souvenir (high school musical pen) from you on the last day of the class. She placed it preciously on the shelf before we left for our short break in Malaysia. She was very upset yesterday when she realized that the pen was gone. The maid packed her shelf and misplaced the pen. I offered to replace the pen for her and she kept saying 'it will never be the same'.
