Children Social Etiquette and Dining Workshop (5 – 12 years old)

We believe that beginning at an early age, character education can make a positive difference in a child’s life. Children at this age group are impressionable and eager to learn. Social etiquette is not just about manners.

Our goal is for your child to learn simple virtues such as respect, honesty and kindness.

The learning objectives of this course include:

- Self respect and respect for others
- Personal grooming and hygiene
- Making positive introductions
- Meeting and greetings
- Poise and posture (deportment)
-Table manners, 3 course meal hands-on
(Dining: they will learn how to drink soup the proper way, wipe their mouth, entering the seat, table setting, styles of dining : continental, using and holding the cutlery the proper way, dos and don’t when on the table and many others)

This interactive program focuses on up-to-date social and  communications skills which build self-esteem, self-respect, and respect for others. The course provides fun and informative lessons that include…

- role-playing exercises,
- quizzes to assess student learning,
- plus a 3 course meal to practice proper table manners.
